March 6, 2025 - "You Were Born to Stand Out!"

The Dr. Seuss Quote for today . . . "Why fit in when you were born to stand out!" I love this quote - it is certinly for all of us no matter our age! As I say, every day, you are amazing and you make our world a better place, so absolutely, yes! You were born to stand out!

Now, I understand there are times when you may very much want to "fit in" and may not feel like you "stand out", but please know you do stand out just because you are a person who makes our world a better place. There is no other person who is just like you - you are unique! You have talents, abilities, gifts which make you an interesting and amazing person.

So today I'd like to encourage you to take time for yourself to discover the things which make you, you. Make time to be creative, time to express yourself through art or music. Make time to enjoy the things which bring a sense of peace, strength, and yes, joy to your life. Spend time in nature and around art. Find a place where you are able ot give back and encourage others. All these things help you discover and be yourself and being yourself is an absolutely wonderful thing for you to be for sure!

I hope you take these words to heart. Here is my virtual "hug" for today -You matter. You deserve to be loved and are loved - I love you! You make our world a better place - we need you in this world. I hope you have people around you who tell you these things, but if not, please let me be someone who does.
