April 21, 2025 - Increase Your "Happiness Chemicals!"

I talked about this several months ago, but increasing your happiness matters, so today I'm once again talking about ways you are able to increase your peace of mind and overall health by increasing your "happiness chemicals" - yes, they are a real thing and yes, there are actual things you can do to help you experience happiness.

All of these things are easy to do - and some are fun - what isn't there to love about playing with your dog - or cat, hugging your family, or eating dark chocolate! Keep this list handy and make a good habit of doing these things to increase your peace of mind, health, and happiness! And, as I have been saying, hold on to the people who love you and have your back. It is too easy when we feel stressed or afraid or angry to take this out on the people around us, but we need to accept their love and love them back. Don't let what evil people try to do come between you and the people who love you. Accept the love of your family and friends - and love them back.

Once again today I want to send you my virtual "hug" - You matter. You deserve to be loved and are loved - I love you! You make our world a better place - we need you in this world. I hope you have people around you who tell you these things, but if not, please let me be someone who does. Yes, I say this every day, but these words are true and will always be so.
