March 27, 2025 - Sad Days

Sad days. They are something all of us experience. Today is a sad day for me, so this will be short, but I want to focus on things which are true. 

• You matter.
• You deserve to be loved.
• You are loved.
• You make our world a better place.
• We need you in this world - you have SO much to offer!

On all days, but especially on sad days it is extremely important to remember these truths, as well as the people we love and the ones who love us. It is essential to hold tightly to these people every day, but especially on sad days.

If you also are having a sad day, please take these words to heart as you are worthy of loving and accepting yourself - and be sure to take time to affirm others as well. Once again today I want to send you my virtual "hug" - You matter. You deserve to be loved and are loved - I love you! You make our world a better place - we need you in this world. I hope you have people around you who tell you these things, but if not, please let me be someone who does. Yes, I say this every day, but these words are true and will always be so.
