March 3, 2025 - Today You are You - and You are Loved!

March 2nd was Dr. Seuss' birthday, so the month of March is Dr. Seuss Month. Each day this month I will share a quote from Dr. Seuss because they hold a lot of meaning and can be very encouraging for all of us - no matter our age. The quote for today is - "Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is youer than you." 

I love this quote because it is so true - each of us are unique - there is only one you and the you who you are, is wonderful as you are, and worthy of being loved! As I say each day, our world needs you in it - you make our world a better place!

So, regardless of any negative words you may hear, hold on to the truth - you are an amazing person, you are the only you, you are loved and worthy of being loved, and our world needs you in it!

I agree - be yourself and know you are loved and worthy of being loved. Hold on to the people in your life who are there for you, the people who accept you as you are, and who stand up for you. The people who love you - and love them back as well. Accepting love matters as does loving others in return. When we accept and give love, we will find we are stronger and are able to live our lives in a peaceful state of mind.
